Hi,

It's the file added from your hosting - you can try:

1/ Open the files and delete all the codes inside that file.

2/ Ask your hosting provider about that.

Thank you! That seems to do the trick. However, the object-cache.php file adds itself back shortly after being deleted. Do you know if this same issue will occur and is there something that can be done about it? To no have to constantly go back and delete the file every few hours or so?

Thank you!

Hi,

I saw this issue before. Seem you're using hosting from Godaddy.

This issue caused by you're using hosting from Godaddy, this hosting has a cache file from itself conflict with Woocommerce plugin. You should login to your hosting and delete object-cache.php file in wp-content folder, this issue will gone.

Woocommerce has a page for the conflict with Godaddy hosting here:

Hi, I tried to add the woocommerce plugin to my site everything was successful expect by doing that caused all my blog posts to not load on the mobile version. Once I uninstalled it everything worked again. I am not sure what was the cause of this and how I can add it to my site without this issue. Please advise.

Thank you
