Please go to Customize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to do that

@media screen and ( min-width: 768px ) {
 .penci-block_6 h3.penci__post-title {
 font-size: 14px;
 }
}

you can change font size of post title block 6 is 14px to any  font size you want
