What was the issue? I think I am having a similar problem.

I have set up the featured video background in accordance with Soledad documentation.

I have “enabled audio of video” in the customise menu.

With this option enabled, the video will often hang on a white frame after the load wheel frame has completed. I physically need to click on the white frame to get the video to play.

This problem does not seem to occur when “enabled audio of video” is unchecked in the customise menu.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

Hmm, ok. Have you tried deactivate all plugins and check it again? If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it still doesn't work, let's send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) - in a private reply. We will take it a look on this help you.

Strange, if it can work on back-end, it will work fine on front-end. Seem your site has a caching, please make sure you've clearly all the cache and check it again.

Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for yout great theme, it's a pleasure to work with, really easy to configure and really beautiful at the end ;-)

I'm having a problem with the featured video background. Everything is configured as asking, the video is launching in the wordpress admin part but not on the website itself.

I can't figure out why it's not working.

I'm currently working in subfolders of my existing Joomla website (http://www.thaisphere.org/thaispherenew/wordpress. Tell me if you need anything ;-)
