Think i got dropdowns figured out now - next question - the sidebar is on the left on my category pages

how do i get sidebar on the right on category pages

I figured out the categories - but my next question is that the dropdown menus are not saving - see screnshot

but when i hit save they do not save as dropdowns

Yes i found a youtube video to get the recipe index like i wanted it

How do i get the category pages to look like this - http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-food/category/recipes/vegetarians/

instead of like this - http://dev.nyssaskitchen.com/category/breakfast/ 

and how do i get sidebar on the right instead of left on category pages if i want to move it over

hi there! I am looking to create some recipe index landing pages for both my recipe categories and some alt lifestyle categories on my site development. I don’t see instructions in the documentation for how to build those recipe index / category pages. Can you please advise? 

I also want to use the same format for some “lifestyle” content, but don’t want that content to show up in my homepage blog feed. How can I ensure certain categories/posts are only accessible through the link in the main category bar and don’t automatically populate in the homepage feed?
