Hi,

We do think that this issue caused by config from hosting - and we can not find what the config caused the issue. That's bad because we do not know much about config from servers (we're focus more on programming)

2/ images not showing on Twitter,

When you go to a post ,if you scroll down you will see WordPress SEO by Yoast as screenshot http://prntscr.com/nkkk2i

You will see the various tabs, but as we are specifically looking at setting the details for your social networks, click on Social tab http://prntscr.com/nkkk6c

Hi this is an email from my web host provider as my site is running slowly and not posting cards to twitter

Well, we are not seeing anything for your IP is logs, and we also do not block posting to Facebook or Twitter, as far as I know but we do see a lot of resource usage: cPanel > METRICS > CPU and Concurrent Connection Usage

Resource Usage Overview
Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
CPU resources were limited for your site

I/O usage resources were limited for your site

Your site might hit resource limits soon
Your Physical Memory usage was at 1023.78 out of 1024

That might be the issue in fact, so if you could kindly check with your developer on how to optimize and stay within limits, hopefully that will also solve your issue with images not showing on Twitter. Optionally, you may check with developer if you need any additional adjustment here on the server side, and let us know.
