Sorry...I fixed my below question but now I have a new one : ). When I recreated my page the home page is no longer available to put on the menu. Is there a way to get it back or do I have to create a home page? 

Also, when I add a subcategory to the menu it becomes it's own menu category instead of becoming a subcategory. How do I fix that? You'll notice in the attached picture that Restaurants/Shops is a subcategory on the left but looks like it is its own menu item on the right

So that's not what I meant. I should have asked about sub sub categories.  I want to list the countries under the continent. So Kenya under Africa...instead of making the reader search for posts on a particular place.

Thank you for responding. This was helpful. One more question. I'm creating a mega menu but I can't seem to get my sub categories to fall under the primary category. Is that even possible with this theme?

I tried to change my them to a Soledad theme but forgot to use the customizer export/import plugin first so now the demo theme is mixed in with my website. I've been manually trying to fix it, but it's difficult and I can't seem to even get the logo to change even though I've uploaded my own logo. Please assist.
