Hi,

Strange, please try:

1/ Deactivate all plugins and try it again.

2/ Increase the memory limit for your hosting by do following this guide:

Hi there,

I am receiving a 404 error when runnning the demo import.

I am actioning WAY 2 - importing travel.dat

It loads for a few seconds and then takes me to my 404 page with this url:

https://ollieandthecaptain.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fedit.php%3Fpost_type%3Dpage
