With most of the WordPress theme - the tags will be display at the end of posts content. And our theme display it like that also - you can see it here:

Hi, I would expect to see post tags somewhere near the post title when I'm looking at a single post. However, the tags don't appear anywhere and I can't figure out to enable them.
For example, http://foodperestroika.com/2019/05/08/the-great-russian-north-part-1-petrovsky-liquor-factory/ is tagged with "Petrozavodsk", "vodka", and "Karelia", but I don't see these tags displayed anywhere.
