I have already done this in customize section. I have selected a design for single post.But still for all post this is just not working.

Please go to Customize > Sing Post Options then choose layout or style single you want http://prntscr.com/nmgx0a
and make sure that on the post , uncheck "Use the options below for this post" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/nmgwoo
