Hi,
The CSS can't do that. CSS just solve some issues on front-end. It can't affect to the HTML structure.
So, I recommend you find a plugin for help you do that.
Also, I've checked that plugin - it doesn't has any code for caused issues for security. It doesn't update because it doesn't needed for update - It's enough for this purpose.

i Have already seen that plugin but its very old updated, so it mas cause hack on my site. So i need any css code which defines my tag as news keyword also.
