Hi,
You can go to Customize > Featured Slider Options > and use "Featured Tags" to filter your posts on the slider.
You can create a new tag and add this tag for all posts you want to appears on the slider. After that, use this tag for slider filter.

I have posted some jobs in out website and I am using the Top Bar to give evidence of these new posts.
On the contrary, in the feature slider, I would like to exclude these post because they a ugly empty (no picture, see attachment).
How I can get this filtering ?
