I checked and update  migrator data with trugmag theme. Please  deactive  and delete "Penci PenNews Migrator" pugin and re-install and active  the plugin.

then go to Dashboard > PenNews >  Migrator Data  then choose truemag theme and check "Force Switch Posts" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/nr76si

1/ Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support the feature like trumag.

Because , trugmag is theme  for video and pennews is  theme for news/ magazine/ business/ portfolio/reviews, Landing, AMP.

2/ It seems that  it  doesn't work with some feature of truemag and pennews doesn't support the feature

1/ If you want disable auto play video, please go to Customize  > Single Post Options  then check  "Disable Parallax Images on Single Posts" option.
