Hi,
That's lazyload images - it will make your site load faster.

If you want to disable lazyload images, please check options for it via:
Disable lazyload images on category mega menu on Customize > Logo and Header Options
Disable lazyload images on all layouts, widgets on Customize > General Options
Disable lazyload images on featured slider on Customize > Featured Slider Options
Disable lazyload images on single posts page on Customize > Single Post Options

yes, i am facing this issue its takes more than 7 sec. to fully load with images on my system.

It's 3.3s for me and I see your site is very very fast. It's not slow.

But in Gtmatrix and other tools my site speed showing more than 8 Sec.

Hi,
Yeah, we're still find more about this. But, please understand for us is google page speed recently updated too much things. As I checked, currently there is no any themes for Blog/News on Envato has better score on google page speed. You can test for any site the speed on google and you will see it appears for all sites now.
So, I'm sure at this time, the google page speed doesn't affect anything to your site. Also, when I access to your site, it will take about 2s to load - that's great speed for any website
Google page speed doesn't reflect real speed of a site.

My site speed score in google speed insight tool is showing very slow, In the starting you have told me that will increase it in future update but nothing updated yet so plz do something.
