Thanks for your reply, actually I can hide the header and footer, I was hoping that I can have an empty page that it doesn't load header and footer at all instead of hiding them.

Hi,
You will can't load a template doesn't has header & footer because the CSS & js will enqueue via header & footer. But, we can help you do that with some line custom CSS.
Let's create the page you want to hire header & footer, when you done, show me the link for that page and I will give you some line custom CSS to hide it.

Hi,
I've successfully installed the template and it's looking really good. However, could you please advice me how I can create a new plain page without any header and footer? I can see template options in Page Attributes but there is no option for plain template.
