To do that, please update your site to latest version of this theme ( version 5.0 )
You're using Soledad theme version 3.2, so please check this guide to know how to update this theme.
After that, go to Customize > Page Options and you can see options for it.

The text on a page spans the full width of the page, without leaving a margin (or white space) on either side of the page. The lack of margins decreases the page's readability, and we'd really like to have margins.
Please help us understand how to create margins for these pages.
