Hi,
Yeah, you can.
To do that, please use WPBakery Page Builder to config your Portfolio Page.
Please check this guide to know how to get WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
After that, go to edit Portfolio page > and use element "Portfolio" from WPBakery > and click "Build Query" and filter your Portfolio by random.
