Can you try it again now? Because after renew the support, maybe you need to wait Envato API updates your purchases.

Hi,
Seem you did something to caused that issue.
Please try deactivate all plugins and try it again.
After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Hello,
I received a mobile usability report from google with a couple of new errors. When I looked at my home page of my website on my mobile & on the desktop it is not showing. I can also not view blog posts from my mobile at all when I select something from the menu.
The colours for the sign up form have also changed, but I did not change it in the back end.
Can you please inspect what may be causing these issues as it would be affecting my traffic to the website.
