Hi,

Please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to change it:

.penci-sidebar-content .widget-title{ margin-bottom: 15px; }

Change value 15 to any value as you want.

By the way, how could I adjust space between widget titles and the content of widget like the photo attached

Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Widgets > edit "Soledad About Me" widget - and you can see option for it there.

Note: Make sure you're using latest version of Soledad to get this feature.
