That's not a bug - That's issues with new WordPress editor - It saved the meta boxes and doesn't showing the data after saved.
It still there - you just need refrest the page and it will appears.
With this issue, we still waiting for WordPress fixed it

Hi! I'm using Soledad Food theme on my blog, and I've encountered an annoying issue that happens quite often while I'm editing a blog post: If I make changes to the Title or Excerpt, the changes suddenly disappear and the fields are reverted back to how they were before I made the changes. This can happen right in front of my eyes while I'm editing the post body. This only happens with those fields, not with the body text.
