We have now renewed our support. We can send you the verification code if needed. We are still unable to start a new ticket though. When we try to verify our purchase code through envato, the link just takes us back to the submit a ticket page. Can you troubleshoot this?

Hi,

As I can see your support is expired from more than 2 months ago, before we can help you - please renew the support to make sure we don't violate the Envato Support Policy.
Hope you can understand that's the terms of Envato Market and we can't violate it. Also, we need budget to pay for our support staffs stay here and help all customers..

Hi,

We are currently using the Soledad theme and are creating a travel website. We are making an about us page and trying to change the font size of the title and headers (H1, H2, H3, etc.). We are able to change the font size of the body paragraphs, but not of the TITLE and HEADERS.

We have tried changing the single posts header and title sizes through the theme customization, but when we preview or publish nothing is changed. *See attached photo*

We can't change any font sizes in the PAGES tab in the font customization.

Please help us as this is quite frustrating. Anything will be appreciated.

Conversation Start

I'm quite new to website building and don't know how to code so we've opted to use the Soledad theme which has some obvious pros and cons. We are trying to optimize our GT metrix scores and have come into some caching issues with scripts written by Penci Design. My understanding is there are some plugins that affect caching since we have these theme installed? Here's the GT metrix link.

Is there anything we can do to improve these? particularly the ones with "penci design" in the URL.
