Hi,

Whenever I try to add an infographic by selecting “Share” then “Embed Code” (screenshot attached), only the code appears in the post. (screenshot attached).

I contacted the infographic provider (Piktochart) and they said “paste the code in the "HTML tab" and click the "visual tab", the system tend to change the code itself and error will happen when you publish it. Try to paste the code without clicking the "visual tab" and publish it straight away. “

My question is where do I find the HTML code. My board looks like this.(screenshot attached)

Currently, I’m just loading the infograph in my Media and inserting them as regular pics in my posts, but that kills the interactive mode of the infographics.

Please advise.
