Hi,
You can activate the theme on localhost normal
It doesn't affect when you do that on localhost.

Hello, my wife and I bought the Soledad theme today to use for my wifes blog. We have a host with Wordpress where we want to install it. But we also want to test and experiment with it in our computer using Local by Flywheel. There we can test different variations of the Soledad theme without breaking our production blog. It is possible for us to do that or are we breaking any agreements with you?
