Hi,
You should check documentation for WPML to know how to do that - that's issues with WPML - not from our theme:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/
For translate the text from the theme, please use shortcode like we said on the documentation here to translate for multiple language via Customize > Quick Text Translation.

Dears,
We already set up some languages but we'd like to make also the difference between French from France (already set up) and French from Belgium (to be set up).
I checked WPML to add a language but there isn't an option to add. How do i do that?
Thus, is there any .po and .mo files to download then?
