That's normal because when you count your links for a posts, it will calculate all the other links from the menus, sidebar, footer...etc
And I'm sure that's not affect to your SEO because Google boot will read your content only

Hi there,
I am using Soledad Theme for my blog https://schnelleinfachgesund.de
Since I am using this theme (i love it!), my SEO tools show me 600-700 internal links for every one of my posts. That is desastrous for my SEO and I did not find the cause why there are so my internal links.
Do you have an idea why that is so and how I can fix it?
