It appears you imported demo.
Please send me your screenshot with mess you see with data also gets installed. Then i check it help you.
If you only want use theme, you don't import demo.

I have a fully functional website with data. I want to install the time theme but your demo install says data also gets installed. How do I get just the theme and not the data like I do with the newspaper theme?
