Thank you for explaining this. I did the plugin and it's working. But yes, I would definitely prefer a fix on the original theme plugin in the upcoming updates.

Of course we've checked it before I said the reply.
We've checked it on our site also, and I see when much users request to Instagram in a fixed time - Instagram will auto blocked IP of hosting for that site and you need to use Instagram Token to connect to Instagram again.
That's why I recommend you & other customers use plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
In the next update version of Soledad, we will add more compatible from the theme with that plugin

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue with my IG slider.
I'm a bit confused when you said "IP has been blocked by Instagram"?
I don't see any issues with my Instagram; and seeing there are a few of us with the same problem, I'm thinking this is a theme issue?
I'm a bit hesitant having to install yet another plugin when this should be working via the theme itself?
Note: This has happened with previous theme updates in the past. I only ran the latest theme update couple of days ago, so it is again relevant with the timing.
I tried clearing cache and restarting my laptop numerous times as this trick would work in the past, but this time nothing helped.

Seem your hosting IP has been blocked by Instagram. That makes Instagram images cant' load for your site. No problems, you can install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
After that, go to Dashboard > Instagram Feed > connect with your Instagram account and use shortcode from that plugin to display it.

Edit: The one in the sidebar is no longer working
My top Instagram widget is not displaying. It is displaying "No images found! Try some other hashtag or username" I have tried many different options but am seeing the same result. It is still displaying in the sidebar.
