Hi,
If you want add custom font to your site, please go to Dashboard > PenNews > Fonts options, then add custom font file you want as screenshot http://prntscr.com/ozk5xy

I'm not clear about the question.
If you want change Heading Titles or Body, please go to Customize > General Options then scrolldown to Typography http://prntscr.com/ozevid
