Hi,

Please go to Customize > Logo and Header Options then remove "Logo Header Padding Bottom" option ( http://prntscr.com/p6kqk2 ) and set "Custom Main Nav Height( minimum height 35px )" is 60px ( http://prntscr.com/p6kqgo )
