For all your issues, you can do that in the next update version of Soledad.
We're working on the new version and come with support Elementor. It's much easy for you when do all of that. The update will come in next 1-2 weeks, please wait for it

There are a few things
Can I make a section with a background of black and the text all white if I wanted to have to have a feature category of youtube videos that are also a need to be landscape as the other videos in the website need to be portrait.
Also when I make the homepage from the wpbakery and turn off certain items from the pre-made template customirize the sidebar sticky is not no sticky.
Is there are plug in for a team page where it I hover over the picture their email and instagram icons and email hover over?
