Hi,

I'm not clear about the question.

Please tell me about screenshot for issue.

Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue

Unfortunately I can't use customize.php because it says it is not available. Unfortunately, I can't customize the site. Can you please see what the problem is?

Hi,

I'm not clear about the question.

Your site working, and you want import demo ,but does't not import data of page.

If right, please send me your demo you want import and your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a look on this help you.
