1/ Please check option for it via Customize > Colors for Homepage & Home Title Box Options.
2/ Unfortunately, at this moment this theme doesn't support for that feature.
But, we're working on the new update will come with support Elementor plugin - and you can do that with this update, let's wait for it, the next update will come in next 1-2 weeks.

Can i change featured category header colors individualy? I want to assign diffrent colors to each category box. Is that possible?
