You can translate all text from the theme via Customize > Quick Text Translation.

Hello,
I'm building a magazine site in Spanish and I would like to be able to have the full site in Spanish. Do you have a translation? Otherwise, how can I change the text in the search widget that says "type and hit enter" and the "Category:" text in the category's page.
