Hi,

This issue caused by you didn't create/set a menu for your main navigation after import a demo.

Please go to Appearance > Menus > create or select a new menu for your main navigation > add menu items to that menu > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu" at the bottom.

"Coffee Blog" theme not working well for me. Sticky header is out of place when I scroll down. please refer to attached image.
