Hi,
It's a plugin added some shortcodes to the theme. If you don't need to use that shortcodes, you can deactivate that plugin.

Hi,
Vafpress Post Formats UI is a plugin helps you create post format: video, gallery, quote, links.. if you want.
If you don't need to create that post formats, you can deactivate it.

I can even remove the Penci shortcodes plugin? I thought that the theme need it to work.

Hi,
Yeah, you can deactivate & remove that plugins.
Soledad theme doesn't required any plugin - It's add-on features. You can deactivate all plugins come with the theme if you want.

Hello,
My website speed is quite slow and I'm trying to optimize it by deleting unused plugins.
I have the Penci Soledad Demo Importer plugin installed and I used it only once. I don't intend to change the demo anytime soon and i was wondering i can delete the plugin without it causing any issue with the theme?
