It appears that browser update and it conflict with Smooth Scroll module of PenNews.
We will consider about the issue and update this fix to the next update version of PenNews theme.
Don't worry about the issue. Your site still work fine when disable smoth scroll.

It looks like it is indeed a problem when "Enable Smooth Scroll" is turned on. Is there a way to fix it?

About zoom in/out, i checked, it appears that the issue cause by Smooth Scroll , i go to Customize > General Options then scrolldown and uncheck "Enable Smooth Scroll" option

Was something else done when trying to fix the "jumping" header? The site also scrolls way too much when using the mouse wheel.
I've deactivated every plugin and it still happens, so it's not plugin related.

we have never met this case. I checked on your demo and some site of customer and i saw the feature work fine.
Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

For some reason, I can't zoom in/out by holding Contril and moving the mouse's wheel up and down.
This is a standard function in web browsers and I don't know why it seems disable itself in my website when PenNews is active. How can I reactivate it?
