If you enabled the auto play - it will autoplay on mobile & desktop also. Currently, there is no any option for disable autoplay for mobile only.

Thank's a lot it works perfectly! Maybe you may help me with another issue: I selected the Post Feature Slider Style n° 6, 3 post to display, single slide: on desktop it's ok, but on mobile it's possibile to tap and slide even if it's single, as a result it displays always the same content. Is it possibile to keep it still and make it "non slideble" on mobile?

Please update the theme to latest version and you can change the order posts easy.
To update the theme, please check this guide.
And I recommend you use Elementor to config the homepage - It's better than WPBakery, latest version of Soledad supports for Elementor already - check more on this video tutorial.
