Hi,
Our team was checked in more than 15 hours and we can not find what is the issues.
We do think that this issue caused by config from hosting - and we can not find what the config caused the issue. That's bad because we do not know much about config from servers (we're focus more on programming)
So, I recommend you ask your hosting provider, ask them about the issue.
We will keep checking, if found problems, we will fix help.

Hi,
Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
Then active theme default.
I checked screenshot you send, it appears that the issue not come from PenNews theme.
If it doesn't work, let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

Some customers are getting error messages not allowing them to register to our classifieds page to place a classifieds ad. The error seems to be due to the Classified ads plugin having conflict issues with the PenNews Theme coding. How can this be fixed so our users do not face this signup/register error?
