Unfortunately, currently there is no way to add text/content after category pages.
You just can add before category pages by use Category Description ( on edit a category screen )

For my category pages, I want to be able to add some stuff after the posts appear, but when I go into the text/visual editor I can't get to the end so if I add it there, it comes up before the blog posts.
Is there a way to get to the end of that page and add stuff there. For example I want to add my email sign up, but at the bottom of the page, not the top.
