Hi,

1/ Please use Grid Layout instead of Masonry layout.

2/ This issue caused by you've loaded Instagram at the top of pages & load Facebook page. Google speed will drop your score about this. But, as I feeling your site has good speed. So, don't need to care much about that point. Google speed doesn't telling your site fast or not

Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support that feature for latest posts element. We will consider to add more this feature in the future updates.
