Using Autoptimize

Testing on Page speed Insights still shows some render blocking issues. I want to use Autoptimize options to try and fix the issue:
- Also aggregate inline JS?
- Aggregate CSS-files?
- Inline and Defer CSS?
Do you think this is safe to do?
