Hi,

By config the theme use Customizer - you can config the homepage very easy - check more on this video tutorial.

Of course, if you want to get more options and want to use page builder - you can use another way - we've said about this in the documentation for Soledad theme here

Thank you for the reply.

With this view, will I be able to select that it only shows the three latest posts?

Also, will this mean I would not be able to customize the page and add other sections to it like I can do with a page builder?

Hi,

This theme supports 3 ways to config the homepage, with your case, I can recommend you use Customizer to setup the homepage, if you want to do that, you need go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and make sure your config look like this image

For footer widgets, please go to Customize > Footer Options > and make sure you don't check to "Hide Footer Widgets Area"

Also, please go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widgets to "Footer Column #1" & "Footer Column #2" & "Footer Column #3"

Also it seems that I cannot add widgets to the footer of the website. Can you also help with this?
